De Schermerpolder is ontstaan doordat van 1633 tot 1635 de Schermeer door 52 molens werd drooggemalen. De Museummolen in Schermerhorn is een van de 11 overgebleven poldermolens in de Schermer die de polder destijds droogmaalden. Breng een uniek bezoek aan de molen, waarbij de molenaar zelf u hierbij graag van tekst en uitleg voorziet.
