Op deze hoogte liggen aan SZ de Hartekamp en Huis te Manpad. Dit zijn enkele van de eerder besproken landgoederen van de welgestelden van weleer. Aan BZ liggen Leyduin, Vinkenduin en Woestduin. Richting Haarlem komen we nog meer buitenplaatsen tegen. Ter hoogte van Heemstede zien we eerst Ipenrode en Berkenrode. Niet alle buitenplaatsen zijn vrij toegankelijk, maar mocht de gelegenheid zich voordoen: ze zijn zeker een bezoekje waard!
