16. Oude wetering

Vanaf de Drecht varen we richting Oude Wetering, een dorp dat stamt uit ongebeer 1324. Vabdaag de dag us gte saneb net RIekafarebdsveeb de grootste dorpskern van Kaag en Braassem. Begin 20e eeuw liep er nog een spoorlijn langs Oude Wetering inclusief station. Het water wordt tegenwoordig ‘De Wetering’ genoemd en loopt tussen de Ringvaart van de Haarlemmermeerpolder en het Braassemermeer.
